A story born from a love of Tuscany
Our journey began with the restoration of Pennecchio in the Lucca hills and the desire to open the doors of a place we loved, sharing with visitors from afar the Tuscany we love: its landscapes, stories and the pleasure of experiencing it without haste. From that first home, the project grew to welcome guests in the heart of Lucca and near the sea. For more than thirty years, we have selected and cared for every residence with the same attention, so that every stay can leave memories to take away.

We are Stefania and Fabrizio, and we built Tuscany Holiday Houses around a simple question: what does it take to feel truly welcome in a new place? We found the answer in the six residences that now make up our work, different in setting and character but chosen with the same attention to their spaces and to those who will stay in them. Knowing your wishes helps us recommend the right home and prepare your stay with care before you arrive.

Hospitality comes first
A true holiday begins when practical details are answered even before departure. We personally handle every request, helping you choose the most suitable residence and sharing directions for arrival, parking and check-in. On arrival you will find clean linen, bathrobes, slippers and a courtesy set; fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, air conditioning and equipped kitchens let you live the spaces in your own way. Dedicated children’s kits and regular cleaning are available for greater comfort. Before leaving home, you will receive a personalised digital guide and, throughout your stay, you can always count on our twenty-four-hour availability.

The places close to our hearts
The Tuscany we love to share changes its face at every stop. In San Colombano, the hills set the pace among olive groves and villas once used as summer homes by Lucca families. In Lucca’s centre, crossing a square is enough to meet another era, while Viareggio and Lido di Camaiore tell two different ways of living by the sea. These are places we have known for years and still observe with the curiosity of those who live there. That is why we enjoy helping you find your way, without deciding which Tuscany should become yours.
