We arrange flexible check-in and check-out around your travel times. We enjoy welcoming you in person, but self check-in is available for late-evening or night arrivals.
Your pets are welcome. At the hill farmhouses, large fully fenced gardens let them enjoy the outdoors safely.
We personally care for the furnishings and quality of the spaces: interiors are smoke-free, with dedicated outdoor areas from farmhouse verandas to the penthouse terrace.
Historic hill farmhouses with exclusive-use pools, a Lucca-centre penthouse with a winter garden and Versilia apartments: different places to choose around the rhythm of your holiday.
The farmhouses have easy access and ample turning space. In Lido di Camaiore, the apartment has a private garage, so you can leave the car and reach the sea with ease.
You can count on us 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for advice, a practical need or an unexpected issue to solve.
Before arriving, you will receive a personalised digital guide on WhatsApp with restaurants, beach clubs, historic villas and routes selected by people who live Tuscany every day.
